PLUMPTON ONLINE GETS NEW THEME

You may have noticed some changes in Plumpton Online during the last week. I have been busy improving the college VLE during the summer. I hope you find the new theme more user friendly. 

There is now a lot more information and help in the VLE.  Why not use the new menus at the top to explore all the new features?

If you think of any other improvements that I could make to the system, use the student forums to have your say.

LIBRARY CLOSING THIS WEEK

The Library will be closed from Wednesday 14th July to Sunday 18th July due to staff development.

The Library will be open again for normal summer hours from Monday 19th July.

In case of an emergency, please contact Des Lambert or Geoff Gregory, who can allow access if necessary.

Library Opening Times and Returning Books

PLEASE RETURN ALL BOOKS BY 17TH JUNE 2010

If you need them for the holidays and are returning next year please inform the Library staff who will arrange an extended loan. You can also renew by phone or e-mail.

The Library will be closed on 18th June, due to the Awards Ceremony, and will not be opening this Saturday 12th June.

LIBRARY OPENING TIMES FOR THE SUMMER

The Library is open throughout the holidays excluding bank holidays and 3 days from 14 – 17 July which are taken for staff development.

Opening hours are 9.30 to 4.30

There will be no Saturday or Evening opening until 13th September, 2010.

This academic year you can borrow a laptop from the IT department. You will be required to give a £50 deposit and sign an agreement form, where you will agree to the terms.  Click here for more details.
